Thomas Moore serves as the President and Senior Consultant of the firm. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Tom entered the nonprofit industry as a development officer with the American Heart Association, Texas A&M University Commerce, and the University of Texas
at Arlington. In 1983, he began serving the nonprofit sector as a specialized executive search consultant with tenures at two prominent and reputable national recruiting firms before establishing the reputable boutique firm, Thomas R. Moore Executive Search, LLC. His successful boutique search practice has been directed toward healthcare, education, church and religious organizations, cultural, performing and fine arts, human and social service agencies, international relief organizations, environmental groups and professional fundraising firms. Through the years, Tom has remained an active participant in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education and the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants. Christopher Thomas Moore, is an officer of the firm. A graduate of Texas A&M University, at College Station, he has over twenty years of recruitment experience. His search experience includes tenures with Parker & Lynch, Smith & Nephew, State National Companies, Affiliated Computer Systems, Indeed.com, and ES Partners in the Czech Republic.
Merideth Lea Grenier, is an officer of the firm. A Criminal Justice graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Merideth has served the nonprofit community with professional tenures at the Recovery Resource Council and the Arlington YMCA. She has also been an active volunteer with the YMCA and Crime Stoppers International. |
